A room full of sauvignon blanc fans at our blind tastings on April 28 unanimously voted the Kim Crawford ($16) as the overwhelming choice for the very best. Blick’s Lane ($14.95), and Hunter’s ($14) scored the same to tie for second. Babich ($13.65) was 4th, Sauvignon Republic ($19.60) was 5th, and Windsor ($14) was 6th.  Everyone thought the Sauvignon Republic was definitely overpriced; however, we did note that it was a 2004 and may have been past its prime.
